Your consistent posting attests to your constant faith in Jesus..  I want you to know, that though I don't usually answer, I do appreciate your posts.  They give me something to think about and help me to focus on the important things in life.

This post reminds me that not everything I have in life is tangible.  Some of the hardest things to forsake are our opinions.  Not our faith.  Faith in God is His gift to us and, as Hebrews 11 says, faith assures us that the things we have believed concerning Christ and our relationship to Him are as real as anything we can see and hear.  In fact, those things are more real.  On the other hand, our opinions sometimes are not based on real things - only our perceptions.  We should always be willing to look at our opinions with an open mind to see whether they are pleasing to God or not.  He alone is always true and faithful.  We are not.

Thanks again for your posts.  I hope you don't get weary of doing them just because of not getting a lot of responses.

@quest4god -  i am glad that you like the posts ,it's a great book, thanks to God,, yeah , you are totaly right, to forsake one's opinion is not an easy thing, but God always helps.
